Details: Take a festive walk through downtown to admire Christmas trees located at many local businesses and organizations.
DOWNTOWN TREE LIGHTING AND FIREWORKS
When: 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27
Where: Taylor Park
Details: Brave the cold and the dark by enjoying the 5 p.m. tree lighting and 6 p.m. fireworks. Santa will stop by in between.
HOLIDAY WREATH MAKING CLASS
When: 6-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30
Where: St. Albans City Hall
Details: Make a decorative holiday wreath in this class hosted by the St. Albans Recreation Department.
PJ STORY TIME
When: 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30
Where: St. Albans Free Library
Details: Registration is required online or by phone for this story time and singing event.
FREE HOLIDAY MOVIE
When: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1
Where: Welden Theater
Details: The Welden is offering a free, kid-friendly movie to the public. The movie’s identity will be revealed at the theater. Those over 12 are required to wear masks and be vaccinated and those under 12 must come with an adult.
RUNNING OF THE BELLS
When: 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2
Where: Taylor Park
Details: Support Operation Happiness’ mission of providing toys and food to children and families by participating in this fun run.
