ST. ALBANS — A local man was arrested Wednesday after officers in the St. Albans Police Dept.’s Street Crime Unit spotted him on surveillance video driving his vehicle on a stranger’s lawn and shouting profanities.

Bradley Robtoy, 50, is facing charges of unlawful mischief, disorderly conduct and threatening.

“It was clear Robtoy was at this address threatening people over a drug debt,” the SAPD said in a statment.

Robtoy currently has five (5) pending criminal cases out of Franklin County. Robtoy was issued a citation ordering him to appear at court on Nov. 12 to answer the most recent charges.
