The Fairfax Development Review Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the Fairfax Town Office to act on the following:

7:05- Request of Mark and Alison Couture for a Conditional Use and Site Plan approval hearing for a powersports service garage located at 46 Sunrise Road (Parcel ID SU0046). By appointment only, ATV's, boats, snowmobiles etc).

Due to the current recommendations by the Governor during the Covid-19 epidemic, we will be offering this meeting live through Zoom. The board will be present as well as one applicant at a time. Interested parties are encouraged to attend via zoom. Your participation in the local proceedings are a prerequisite to the right to take any action in any subsequent appeal of any final decision that may be issued. If you cannot attend electronically please reach out to the zoning office at least 2 days prior to the meeting for accommodations.
