William and Nancy Whitehouse of Clermont, Fla., are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Whitehouse to Eric Hart, Jr. son of Eric and Patsy Hart of Colchester. Jessica graduated from Colchester High School in 1999 and is employed as a Client Service Representative at PayData Payroll Services, Inc. Eric graduated from Colchester High School in 1998 and is employed as an Assistant Manager at Marshall Tire Group.

Nasca - Eubank
Rebecca Anne Nasca and Brandon John Eubank were united in marriage on Aug. 3, 2013. Rebecca is the daughter of Joseph and Judith Nasca of Georgia. Brandon is the son of Edward and Christina Eubank of Tinley Park, Ill.
The Rev. Maurice Roy celebrated the Nuptial Mass at Holy Angels Church in St. Albans. Music for the wedding mass was performed by Thomas Cupples, Jeffrey Strong, Douglas Rosenthal, Daniel Brady, Seth and Sophia Cook, professional musicians and friends of the groom. Paul and Peter Nasca, brothers of the bride were altar servers.
Christina Gonzalez, sister of the bride, was the Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids were Laura Nasca, sister of the bride, Amanda Eubank, sister of the groom, and Stephanie Panting, friend of the bride.
Drew Eubank, cousin of the groom, served as the Best Man. The ushers were Matthew Nasca, brother of the bride, Timothy Politano and Michael Rezzo, friends of the groom.
A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents catered by Connie Warden. Vern Colburn provided the music for the cocktail hour. Green Mountain Sound and Entertainment provided the dance music for the evening. Sabin Gratz photographed the events of the day.
Rebecca graduated from Rice Memorial High School in 2006 and Salve Regina University in 2010. She is a currently a law student at George Mason University. Rebecca is employed as a policy analyst for Senator Orrin G. Hatch of Utah’s Finance Committee staff. Brandon graduated from Victor J. Andrew High School in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University. He has been a member of the trumpet section in the "President's Own" U.S. Marine Band since 2008.
The couple traveled to Montreal and Quebec City for their honeymoon, and has made their home in Arlington, Va.

Irish - Maskell
Together the parents of Brandi Irish and Ryan Maskell would like to announce the engagement of their children. Brandi is the daughter of Debbie Ladd, of St. Albans, and Bill Irish, of Sheldon. Ryan is the son of Kathy Boumil, of Highgate, and Greg Maskell, of Highgate.
Brandi is a 2009 graduate from EFHS and graduated from CCV with an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently a para-educator at St. Albans Town Educational Center. Ryan is a 2008 graduate from MVU, and is self-employed at Ryan Maskell Construction and a five year member of the Vermont Army National Guard with the 131st Engineers.

Gendron - LaPan
On Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at the Sunset Ballroom in South Burlington, Tammy Gendron and Todd LaPan were united in marriage. The ceremony took place on the terrace overlooking the breathtaking view of Shelburne Bay. It was a beautiful day and the love was endless.
The bride was escorted down the aisle and given away by Kody and Nicholas LaPan, sons of the groom. Kerri Gendron, daughter of the bride, was the maid of honor. Melinda LaPan, sister of the groom, Cindy Elliot, aunt of the groom, Courtney Billado, niece of the bride and Carlene Blair and Christine Cooper, best friends of the bride were bridesmaids.
The ring bearers were Logan and Kaegen Gendron, grandsons of the bride. Kris Gendron, son of the bride, escorted his son and Logan down the aisle. Britney Elliot, cousin of the groom, was the flower girl. The best man was Kevin Bean, best friend of the groom. Ernie Clark, uncle of the groom, Aaron Maishia, cousin of the bride, Steve Reynolds, Charles Tinker and Matt Smith, close friends of the bride and groom were groomsmen.
Music was provided by Moonlight Entertainment. Photography was done by Cathy Chamberlan. The cake was made by Sweetie Pies, flowers by Lady L. and friend of the bride and groom Chuck Benjamin captured it all on video.
The couple took a short honeymoon to Hampton Beach but will go back on their dream honeymoon to Hawaii and then the Bahamas in the spring. The groom works at Rock Tenn as a machine operator and the bride works for Northwestern Counseling and Support Services. They make their home in Enosburg Falls.

Sheldon - Greeno
Dale Sheldon and Glen Spears, along with Sanford and Cynthia Sheldon, all of Swanton, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alee Sheldon, to Ryan Greeno. Ryan is the son of Sally and Dennis Greeno, also of Swanton.
The bride-to-be graduated from MVU in the year 2008. The groom-to-be also graduated from MVU in 2007. These high school sweethearts enjoy spending their time together shooting bow, hunting, and cruising around in Ryan’s “second girlfriend” his 1968 Chevy Camaro. On Saturday Sept 21, 2013, Katelyn Marie Gilbar, daughter for Robert and Dorothy Gilbar of Marshfield, MA, married Jamason Michael Weld, son of Michael and Sharon Weld of Berkshire, and Kelley and David Kennison of Berkshire.
Both ceremony and reception were held at the couple’s home in Berkshire. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Reverend Timothy Stetson. The Matron of honor was Kristin Elwood, sister of the bride. The Maid of honor was Holly Gilbar, sister of the bride. The bride’s maids were Emily Elwood and Sara Domina, both friends of the bride. Bright - Hupp
Caroline Winanna Bright and Dillon Robert Hupp exchanged marriage vows at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, in First Congregational Church of St. Albans. The Rev. Judy Kennedy officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Jennifer Neville Bright of Franklin, and Paula and Thomas Bright of South Burlington. She is the granddaughter of Anna and the late David Neville of Georgia, and Emily and Bill Bright of Virgil, Ontario, Canada.
Parents of the groom are Laura Hood Hupp of Sherwood, Arkansas and Clea and Bob Hupp of Little Rock, Arkansas. His grandparents are the late Martha and Robert Hupp of Laurel, Delaware, the late Dr. Peter M. Hood of La Jolla, California, and Audrey and Larry Weitzman of New York.
The bride wore a sleeveless silk and lace A-line gown originally worn by her mother, Jennifer, on the occasion of her wedding to Caroline's father.
Serving as the bride’s honor attendants were Hannah Taylor of St. Albans and Ashley Sandy of South Burlington. Bridesmaids were Samantha Martell of Georgia; Ann-Blair Thornton of Bowling Green, KY; Julia Sprague of Watertown, NY; and Jeanelle Achee of Rochester, VT.
Flower girl and ring bearer were Maryanna Barkas of Toronto, cousin of the bride, and Ian Cowperthwait Bright of Franklin, brother of the bride.
The groom’s honor attendants were Billy Hupp and Spencer Hupp of Little Rock, brothers of the groom. Groomsmen were Sebastian Damberg-Ott of London; Neil Danner of Hot Springs, S.D.; Farhan Syed of Little Rock, Arkansas; and Armaan Sarkar of San Francisco and New Dehli, India.
A reception at the St. Albans Historical Museum followed the ceremony. Tables were decorated with red gingham table runners on white tablecloths and centered with flowers by Creative Muse Floral Design. Music was by the Green Mountain Swing Band and Top Hat DJ. Assisting was Maddy Smith.
The bride attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, and Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT, where she studied Political Science, Religious Studies and History. She is a corporations services clerk in the office of the Vermont Secretary of State.
The groom is a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT, and has a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies. He is employed as the Chief Aide to the Chair of the Arkansas Democratic Party.
The couple honeymooned on the coast of Maine and divide their time between Georgia, VT, and Little Rock, Arkansas.

Knoff - Smith

Nicksa - Baker
Sarah Elizabeth Nicksa, daughter of Gary and Kimberlee Nicksa, Wellesley, Mass., and Highgate Springs, was married to David Christopher Ryan Baker, son of Carolyn Baker, Sterling, Va., and Peter and Sandy Baker, Leesburg, Va., on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013. The 6 p.m. wedding service was officiated by Rev. Bill Cochran, on the Terrace overlooking the beautiful Lansdowne Resort golf course in Leesburg, Va.
Sarah is a 2006 graduate of Wellesley High School. She graduated from the School of Hospitality Management at Boston University and is currently employed as a conference planner for SIIM-a Virginia based non-profit imaging society. David is a 2000 graduate of Potomac Falls High School and graduated from George Mason University. He is a Manager for AMAZON in Northern Virginia.
The wedding party was comprised of family members and friends. Sarah’s Maid of Honor was college sorority sister, Ms. Jessica McKeown from Hoboken, N.J. Her Bridesmaids were sorority sister, Ms. Kasey Wickman from Brooklyn, N.Y., and cherished childhood friend, Ms. Brett Pettee from Wellesley, Mass. David’s Best Man was his brother, Andrew Baker from Sterling, Va. and the groomsman was Jeffrey Nicksa, brother of the bride, from Wellesley, Mass. Miss Madison Fuller (age two and a half) from Miami, Fla., was the Flower Girl and Mr. Noah Nicksa (age two and a half) from Farmington, Conn., was the ring bearer.
After the service, the wedding moved into a beautifully created space in the Clubhouse Ballroom of the Lansdowne Resort. Sarah, an event planner, worked hard to make sure every detail was attended to and the room had a fairy tale atmosphere. The shades of pink and gray were displayed throughout the ballroom and the flower arrangements were spectacular! Many thanks to all the family and friends who travelled to Virginia to celebrate Sarah and David’s wedding.
The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and then returned to their home in Sterling, Va., where their beloved French bulldog, Kevin, enthusiastically welcomed them!

The bride graduated with a degree in psychology from Keene State College in 2010 and with a Masters of Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2012. Marina is currently employed with the State of Vermont, Family Services Division. The groom is pursuing a bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering at Vermont Technical College and works as a test engineer intern at UTC Aerospace in Vergennes. The couple resides in St. Albans Town.
A July 19, 2014 wedding is planned and will be held in East Orange.
