Police examine tire tracks at the scene of a tractor-trailer rollover on County Road in St. Albans Town. According to the St. Albans Police Dept., the driver, Brian Murphy, 54, of Chateaugay, N.Y., said he experienced a sneezing fit while delivering a load of feed to a local farmer. The fit caused him to lose control of the vehicle. He attempted to regain control, but the vehicle was in soft ground, which pulled it onto its side, said police. Traffic was reduced to one lane while 16 tons of animal feed was transferred to another vehicle and the wreckage removed. Police were assisted by firefighters from the city and town, AmCare and the Dept. of Motor Vehicles enforcement unit.
