ST. ALBANS — St. Albans Town is once again suing St. Albans City over water and sewer.

The town selectboard voted unanimously Monday night to bring suit against the city over the city’s affiliation fee ordinance, which took effect on Nov. 15. This is the third lawsuit the town has filed against the city in nine years.
