ST. ALBANS — Roy W. Brow, 71, of Washington Road in Goshen, N.H., died at his home, Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, from a medical event.

Roy was born in Queensbury, N.Y., Sept. 28, 1942, son to the late Roy Anthony and Helen (Smith) Brow.  He grew up in NYC, graduating from Power Memorial Academy in the Class of 1958.  Roy joined the Air Force and served stateside four years.  He went to school at the Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute in Portland, Maine, and worked for Champlain Cable Union in Vermont for 22 years before retiring to Goshen.  Roy delivered parts for NAPA Auto and later drove as a courier for the Granite State Shuttle.  He loved playing the lottery, taking pictures of nature and enjoyed using the computer.

He is survived by two sons: Skip Stinson of Indiana, John Brow (Kristina) of Newport, N.H., three daughters: Crystal Brow (Thomas Stone) of Newport, N.H., Erin Andersen (Edward) of Sunapee, N.H., Maureen Brow of Lempster, N.H., a sister: Patricia Basso-Brow of Weeki Wachee, Fla., 17 grandchildren: Zoey, Miranda, Kaitlyn, Samantha, Alexzander, Briar, Joshua, Maia, Jakob, Zackary, Hailey, Alyson, Abigail, Zavier, Sebastion, Leah, Kendra, one great-grandchild: Fenexia and nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, Monday, Dec. 23, the Newton-Bartlett Funeral Home, 42 Main Street in Newport, N.H.  Burial will take place in Goshen in the spring with Military Honors.
