SWANTON – Robert (Bobby) W. Spring II died after a brief illness on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013 at Fletcher Allen Healthcare at age 56. Bobby was born in Hartford, Conn., on Sept. 24, 1957. Bobby was a hardworking man who spent many years at Peerless clothing. In his free time, Bobby enjoyed the outdoors, especially hiking, primitive camping, fishing and boating with his canoe. He also loved playing Texas Hold ‘Em poker.

Bobby is survived by his children, Cheyenne Spring and Robert W. Spring III of Holiday, Fla., his stepmother Carolyn Spring; brothers Mike, Danny, Gene and Mark Spring; his Sister Cheryl Lavine; best friend Regina Mott, his step daughter Jennifer Dennis, and his granddaughter Kianna Anderson. Bobby is predeceased by his father, Robert W. Spring, his mother Nancy Tupper and his sister, Laurie Tupper. Memorial services will held at the Swanton VFW on Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a gathering at his favorite fishing spot.
