ALBURGH — Mrs. Priscilla Maxham, age 71, died Friday, May 8, 2015, at the University Of Vermont Medical Center. She was born June 13, 1943, in Woodstock, Vt., daughter of the late Charles and Shirley (Wilson) Lockwood. She married Roger Maxham, June 24, 1967. Mr. Maxham predeceased her Feb. 10, 2010.
Priscilla worked at IBM in the cleaning department, and more recently as a Sanitation Engineer at Northwestern Medical Center, retiring in 2010. She will be remembered for her love of gardening and lawn sales.
Priscilla is survived by her children Robert Maxham of Alburgh, Denise LaVigne and her husband, David, of Charlotte, Jeannette Cunningham and her husband, John, of Hudson, N.H., Charles Maxham of Highgate, Christine Bevins and her husband, Dan, of Alburgh, Corrine Maxham of St. Albans, Billy-Jo Conover of Alburgh, a special “daughter” Sandra Mobbs of Jericho, 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, her sisters Janet Boutin of West Lebanon, N.H., Mary-Lou Bolton and her husband, Harry, of Leverton, N.H. and her brother Robert Lockwood and his wife, Amy, of Bradford. Priscilla will be also missed by her canine companion Lady.
