WOLCOTT — Patricia ‘Pat’ Lyon-Surrey was tragically taken from us when she was struck by a vehicle while bicycling on Sunday, Jan. 24 In Tucson, Ariz. She was born in Binghamton, N.Y. on May 9, 1945.
