ST. ALBANS / SHELDON — Sarah Rumsby, a registered nurse for Northwestern Medical Center, in St. Albans, is to be married to Roy Peno Jr., a security guard for U.S. Security Associates, in St. Albans. Sarah is the daughter of Tony and Barbara Rumsby of Brome, Quebec. Roy is the son of Roy and Betty Peno of Sheldon. Their wedding will take place June 22, 2013 in Enosburg.
