Rood-Larose

FRANKLIN — In Franklin, Mr. and Mrs. David and Elsa Rood are proud to announce the engagement of the daughter Chelsea Marie Rood to Jacques Daniel Larose, son of Danny and Mary Larose.
The future Bride is a graduate of Missisquoi Valley Union High School (2008) and the Community College of Vermont (2010). She is currently completing her Bachelors in Music Education at Johnson State College and is expected to graduate in spring of 2013. The future groom is a graduate of Missisquoi Valley Union High School (2008) and the Vermont Technical College (2010). He is currently completing his Bachelors in Civil Engineering and is employed full time at Civil Engineering Associates Inc. in South Burlington.
The couple became happily engaged on Nov. 21, 2012. And a spring wedding is anticipated in May of 2014.
