Charbonneau - Hill

SWANTON — Lionel and Francine Charbonneau, together with Steven and Lucie Hill, all of Swanton, are proud to announce the engagement of their children Rachel Charbonneau and Scott Hill.
Scott graduated from MVU in 2002and is currently employed full-time in security forces at the Vermont Air National Guard. Rachel graduated from MVU in 2003 and from Vermont Technical College in 2005 with a degree in veterinary technology. She is currently employed as a certified veterinary technician at Vermont Veterinary Eye Care.
A fall 2013 wedding is planned.
