Blouin - Clark

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Blouin of Franklin are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica, to Gregory Clark, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Clark of Lyndonville. Miss Blouin is a graduate of the University of Vermont and is a process engineer at Goodrich SIS in Vergennes. Mr. Clark is a graduate of Lyndon State College and is employed by the Department of Homeland Security in St. Albans. An October wedding is planned.
