Rebecca Casey Jacobs and Jack Aaron Nichol were united in marriage on Jan. 31, 2012.
Their close friend, Benjamin Gorton, officiated the ceremony at the Ylang Ylang Beach Resort in Montezuma, Costa Rica.
The bride is a graduate of the University of Vermont and is employed in Human Resources at Instrumart in South Burlington.
The groom is a Marine Corps veteran and works as an Electronics Technician at Goodrich in Vergennes.
Mr. and Mrs. Nichol reside in Burlington.
