Kristian Perras and Leanne Bullis

Roy & Rhonda Bullis, of Newport, Vt., are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Leanne Bullis, to Kristian Perras, son of Eugene & Spring Perras, of Franklin.
Leanne is a 2005 graduate of North Country Union HS. Kristian is a 2005 graduate of Missisquoi Valley Union HS. Both are currently employed at Century International Arms, in Georgia.
A September 2012 wedding is being planned.
