HOUSTON, TX — Michael Alan Barthelemy, age 64 years, died suddenly on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, at his home.

Born in Lawrenceville, Ill. on June 8, 1951, he was the son of the late Ernest Barthelemy and Phyllis Parrott of St. Petersburg, Fla..

On Aug. 11, 1990, he was married to Linda L’Esperance Barthelemy in St. Albans.

He graduated from the University of Evansville, was employed by KBR as a Project Procurement Manager.

Michael is survived by his wife, Linda L’Esperance Barthelemy of Houston, TX; children, John Henry, Byron, and Amy Rose Barthelemy, all of Houston, TX; Michael’s mother-in-law and father-in-law, Haroldine and Maurice L’Esperance of St. Albans; and sister-in-law, Laurie L’Esperance of Walnut Creek, California.

Funeral services were held on Saturday Jan. 9 at the St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church in Spring, TX.
