ST. ALBANS — Mark Isham left his family and friends peacefully on Monday June 23, 2014, at home with his loving wife by his side.

Born on March 5, 1954, in St. Albans, Mark was the youngest son of the late Spencer and Thelma (Boomhover) Isham.

A lifelong resident of St. Albans, he graduated from Bellows Free Academy in 1972. He worked for Central Vermont Railroad for many years as well as Century Arms.

Mark loved life. He enjoyed spending as much time with his family and friends as possible. He loved nature and was as avid fisherman. He enjoyed target shooting and was an outstanding marksman.   Mark had a great appreciation for music and art.

Mark is survived by his devoted wife, Karlene Isham; his daughter, Crystal Maynard and son-in-law, Israel Maynard; his two grandchildren, Avery and Layla Maynard, as well as his brother, Spencer “Chris” Isham and his wife, Sue.

Mark was a devoted husband, loving father and adoring papa. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
