ST. ALBANS – For many people, their New Year’s Resolution was to be healthier, work out more, drink more water or fit into their favorite pair of jeans.

Three weeks out, these resolutioners are one week away from fulfilling the old saying, “It takes 30 days to form a habit,” and hopefully continue their health and wellness journey well into 2016.

Whether the saying is true or not, here are some health and wellness tips from local workout hot spots and health advocacy groups to make being healthy a little bit easier and a lot less complicated.
