MONTGOMERY — When Montgomery Elementary School (MES) opened its doors this year, there was a new face in the crowd, Sandy Alexander, 55, principal.
She took the reins from her predecessor, Beth O’Brien, who became principal at Richford High School.
After more than four months on the job, Alexander is pleased with her decision to assume the job.
“Montgomery is known as an amazing school, I’m so happy to be here,” she said.
