She went to work for the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company; first in St. Johnsbury and later in St. Albans. Her many hobbies included working outside in her vegetable and flower gardens, sewing, knitting, crocheting and needlepoint. She enjoyed playing cribbage; at one time she was the secretary of the Enosburg Falls Women’s Cribbage League.

Dolores leaves behind her two sons, Ross Miller of Enosburg Falls and Mark Miller and his wife Lorri of West Berkshire; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; her sisters, Jean Lund of St. Johnsbury and Linda MacDonald and her husband Stephen of Hampstead, NH and eight nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Dolores was predeceased by her daughter and son-in-law, Laurel and James Matheson; her siblings, Muriel and Bruce Raymond; a brother-in-law, Russell Lund and a niece Jill (Lund) Harkins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Mill St., Sheldon Springs with Fr. Karl Hahr officiating. Interment will follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls.
