Four nights after facing defending state champion CVU, the Comets took on the other half of Division I’s dynamic duo when Rice came to town. The Redhawks and Green Knights have claimed both spots in the title game three straight years, and BFA-St. Albans can attest to their strong chances of making it four. Tuesday night, Rice ran away from the Comets from the start, combining aggressive but foul-free defense with a fast-paced offense for a 70-38 win.
