ST. ALBANS – When one door closes, another one opens.
The Artist in Residence cooperative held a spot on Main Street in Enosburg for 10 years before a lack of members caused it to close in December. But now, there is new life on South Main Street in St. Albans.
Nancy Patch, an art aficionado and executive director of the co-op, said there were other reasons why the gallery closed. “In Enosburg, there really wasn’t a lot of shopping traffic near where the gallery was located,” she added.
