Bruley - Papp

    RICHMOND - Cari Ann Bruley, daughter of John Bruley & Patricia Pigeon of Swanton, Vt., and Thomas Jackson Papp, son of Albert & Grace Papp of Stamford, Conn., were united in marriage on Oct. 6, 2007.
    The double ring ceremony was held at the Old Round Church in Richmond, with Minister Tiki Archambeau officiating. The wedding processional was led by piper Dave Steimke.
    Jennifer Williams-Wager, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Christine Emery Schmelzle, friend of the bride, was bridesmaid. Flower girls were Mariah and Alyssa Schmelzle.
    The best man was Evan Finchler, friend of the groom. David Shuford, brother-in-law of the groom, was groomsman. Noah Finchler, Stephen Shuford, and Christopher Shuford were ring bearers.
    A scripture reading from the Book of Corinthians 1:13 was read by Becky Taylor Archambeau.
    Flowers were provided by Twigs et Fleurs. The wedding cake was created by Mirabelles. Wedding photos were taken by Balentine Photography.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at The Ponds at Bolton Valley, with music provided by LinCo Entertainment.
    The bride is a 1989 graduate of Missisquoi Valley Union High School, and a 2003 graduate of the University of Vermont. She earned her Masters Degree from the University of Vermont in 2005. She is currently employed as a career development coordinator at the Center for Technology, Essex.
    The groom is a 1983 graduate of Westhill High School in Stamford, Conn., and a 1987 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He presently owns his own software consulting business in Burlington.
    The couple traveled to Puerto Rico for their honeymoon. They have made their home in Burlington, Vt.





Stone - Williams

    Ivan & Lisa Stone of Bakersfield are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Hillary Anne Stone, to Benjamin David Williams, son of David & Gail Williams of Fairfield.
    Hillary is a 1999 graduate of Enosburg Falls High School. She is currently employed with Citizenship & Immigration Services at the Vermont Service Center in St. Albans.
    Benjamin is a 1999 graduate of BFA, Fairfax High School. He currently operates the family farm, Moo Acres, an organic dairy farm in Fairfield.
    A February 2008 wedding is planned.
