Solid waste district facilitates reuse

GEORGIA — As yard sale season kicks off residents of Franklin and Grand Isle will have a new place to take the items that didn't sell. The Northwest Solid Waste District (NWSWD) has added a space for items to be reused to its Georgia facility.
