ST. ALBANS — Reatha May Mitchell passed away Tuesday morning, Dec. 29, 2015, at the Franklin County Rehab Center with her son, Lewis and daughter-in-law, Linda, at her side. She is going to be with the Lord and husband, Herbert, and also son, William that passed earlier in the year. Janet was born Sep. 8, 1932 in Fairfield the daughter of the late Dell and Lela (Derosia) Montgomery.
