ST. ALBANS CITY –– The City of St. Albans tentatively owes $94,000 in back pay and benefits to three firefighters that were laid off last year, but that number is likely to be reduced once tabulations are final.

Chad Richard Regimbal, age 28 years, died unexpectedly Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010.
Born in Burlington on April 25, 1982, he was the son of Donald and Karlene (Wolcott) Regimbal. He received his early education at the Alburgh Elementary School and attended Missisquoi Valley Union High School. He enjoyed fishing and spending as much time as he could with his daughter and nieces and nephews.
